Website Terms of Use

Updated: October 8, 2026

This website is operated by TIVRA Health Inc., doing business as TIVRA Health (“TIVRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use describe the conditions applicable to use of TIVRA’s public website, including its content, illustrative demonstrations, and signup and inquiry forms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of These Terms

This website provides information about TIVRA, its longitudinal health intelligence approach, and its current or developing experiences.

These Terms apply to the public website. They do not replace the separate agreements, privacy notices, consents, or instructions that may govern a consumer application, clinical workspace, enterprise service, paid subscription, or research program.

If you access a separately provided service, its applicable agreement governs that service. In the event of a conflict, a separate signed agreement controls the services it covers.

2. Health Information; No Medical Advice

Website content is provided for general information and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individualized clinical recommendation.

Do not use website content or demonstrations to determine whether you have a medical condition or to begin, stop, or change medication or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional concerning symptoms, conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or healthcare decisions.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information on this website.

Visiting the website, registering for updates, or submitting an inquiry does not establish a clinician-patient relationship with TIVRA.

3. Emergencies and Monitoring

This website and its signup, contact, and inquiry channels are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored for health concerns.

Submitting information does not mean that a clinician is reviewing it or that TIVRA is monitoring your health.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for a response from TIVRA.

4. Illustrative Content and Availability

Unless expressly identified otherwise, product previews and demonstrations contain fictional or illustrative information. They are not actual patient records, clinical findings, or evidence of product effectiveness.

Descriptions of developing or potential capabilities do not constitute a promise to deliver a particular feature, integration, service, or launch date.

Availability, eligibility, supported sources, and permitted uses vary by experience, jurisdiction, and program. Confirm current availability with TIVRA before relying on a feature description for a purchasing, program, or research decision.

5. Personal Baselines and Contextual Explanations

A personal baseline describes patterns in available historical information. It is not a definition of healthy or a substitute for clinical reference points.

A change from a personal usual pattern does not, by itself, establish illness or clinical significance. Associations, overlapping events, and repeated patterns do not establish causation.

Device differences, missing information, treatment changes, biological context, and other circumstances can affect interpretation.

6. Signup and Inquiry Forms

Our public signup and inquiry forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

You must provide accurate information and have appropriate authority to submit information relating to another person or organization.

Registering for access updates does not create an account, guarantee eligibility or access, enroll you in care or research, or establish a commercial agreement.

Submitting a partnership inquiry does not authorize the exchange of patient information or create an obligation for either party to enter into a partnership.

7. Sensitive and Confidential Submissions

Do not submit medical records, detailed symptoms, diagnoses, patient identifiers, device-data exports, or other sensitive health information through public website forms.

Do not submit trade secrets or confidential business materials through these forms. Arrange an appropriate communication channel and, where necessary, a confidentiality agreement before exchanging confidential materials.

TIVRA’s handling of personal information is described in the Website Privacy Notice. These Terms do not grant unrestricted rights to use personal or health information.

8. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the website for lawful personal information and legitimate evaluation of a potential relationship with TIVRA.

You may not:

  • (a) impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
  • (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information;
  • (c) introduce malware or interfere with website operation;
  • (d) circumvent reasonable security measures;
  • (e) unlawfully collect personal information from the website;
  • (f) misrepresent fictional demonstrations as actual clinical findings;
  • (g) falsely imply affiliation, approval, or endorsement; or
  • (h) otherwise use the website in violation of applicable law.

TIVRA may take proportionate measures to address misuse and protect the website, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise identified, website content, branding, designs, software, and demonstrations are owned by TIVRA or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through website access. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may reference or link to third-party websites, devices, or services. Those parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

A reference does not necessarily establish endorsement, partnership, or compatibility. Supported integrations must be confirmed for the relevant TIVRA experience.

11. Website Warranties

We seek to provide accurate and useful information. Nevertheless, website materials may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this section excludes mandatory warranties or obligations expressly undertaken in a separate agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TIVRA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public marketing website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to separately supplied applications or services is governed by the applicable agreement and law.

13. International Access

The website may be accessible internationally. Accessibility does not establish that TIVRA applications or services are offered, authorized, or available in every jurisdiction.

Applicable eligibility requirements and service terms will be provided before enrollment.

14. Changes

We may update website content and these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement to a material change, we will follow that requirement. Changes do not retroactively eliminate accrued rights.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Website Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of competent jurisdiction located in New Castle County, Delaware, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

If you are a consumer, this provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the laws of your habitual residence or restrict your right to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law provides that right.

Separate agreements governing TIVRA applications, clinical services, enterprise programs, or research partnerships may contain their own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.

16. General Provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms do not override mandatory legal obligations or separate signed agreements.
